Do my accounts, data, and stores remain mine?
Yes. Always. Every account is registered in your name, every login is yours, every data point lives in your dashboards. I access as a collaborator, not as an owner.
If we stop working together tomorrow, everything stays where it should: in your home.
I'm not a tech person and I don't have a store yet. Is that okay?
Yes, it's the most common case. I'm not asking you to understand Liquid, APIs, or pixels: that part is my responsibility. If you already have a store, I'll reorganize it and connect it to the rest; if you're starting from scratch, we'll build it piece by piece.
You bring the business and the decisions, I bring the infrastructure: I'll explain it to you in plain English, without jargon to sound smarter.
Do you only work with Shopify?
Shopify is where I do my best work, and where I recommend you be, but the reasoning comes before the platform. If you're on WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or a custom site, let's start with a call: I'll honestly tell you if it's better to fix what you have or move. I won't sell you a migration you don't need.
Does the 15-minute call commit me to anything?
No. It's a conversation, not a disguised quote. Tell me where you're at, and I'll honestly tell you if and how I can help. If you're not a good fit, I'll tell you myself.
Free and without obligation: the smallest step possible.
Is a Diagnosis mandatory? And what do I get to keep?
No. The Diagnosis is a paid hour during which I review your store, numbers, and setup, then provide you with a written roadmap: what to fix first, what can wait, and what's not worth paying for.
The roadmap is yours even if we don't proceed; and if we do work together, I'll deduct it from the project cost. The €150 is the price of clarity, not a down payment on a job you haven't even chosen yet.
How long does a project take and do you also work outside of Italy?
A project takes 2–4 weeks (basic setup) to 8–12 weeks (complex migration); after the call, I will give you a precise estimate with milestones and dates. No "I'll get back to you later."
I work from Massa with clients throughout Italy and abroad. Italian, English, and Spanish are spoken, and with remote work, time zones are not an issue.
You work alone: what if you disappear halfway through a project?
Yes, I work alone: the person responding to you is the one who works on the system. Precisely for this reason, everything resides on your accounts, with documents, access, and decisions visible to you. I don't promise to be immortal: I promise not to build a system that only lives in my head, so that anyone can take it over if needed.
